a tender memory
delicious breakfast friendly staff
the breakfast was amazing!!! everything imaginable was available, and all was so delicious. the staff helped me with transport options and told me about activities i had planned.

loud karaoke bar limited allergy options
The room I had faced the street, and there was a karaoke bar nearby. It was loud. The noise continued until 3 AM! Sleeping proved impossible, even with earplugs. the breakfast didn't have much for people with allergies. It lacked lactose-free yogurt.

adequate stay overall
comfortable bed complimentary beverages terrible noise city street
i had a superior double room and it was fairly decent in size. the bed was comfortable too. the hotel has complimentary beverages at the lobby for the guests, it is a fantastic feature.
i requested a quiet room a month before our stay. upon arrival, the staff said that the only room he has faces the city street. trams create terrible noise and i was not informed in advance.
